About our sand casting

We use molding and VRH combined-hardening water glass sand for cast steel molding, carbon & silicon content detectors and Furan resin sand for cast iron.
Our machinery consists of intermediate frequency furnaces for melting, metallographical microscopes, direct-reading spectrometers for metal analyzing, CNC machining centers, numerical control boring & milling machines and other machining equipment. For QC, we use a 3D measuring instrument for dimension check.

Product Range
1. All parts are created with grey cast iron, ductile cast iron, carbon steel, cast alloy steel, refractory, wearable and erode-resistant special cast iron and cast steel. These parts include valves, casts of pumps, and parts.

2. Large wind power generator parts such as: rotor hubs, base frames, torque support, planet carriers, bearing housings, gear housings, sealing covers and other ductile iron parts.
